DCH18C6 using strontium extraction selectivity investigation and sequential soil fractionation study

85Sr as radioindicator has been applied to strontium separation selectivity study using cisdicyclohexano-18-crown-6 (DCH18C6) extraction agent and picric acid counter ion with the aim contribute development of a rapid method extraction. The same used for fractionation in chosen soils by application Tessier- BCR sequential procedures. Experimental results have shown, that mentioned system is applicable IDA determination Sr2+ ?1000-fold abundance Ca2+, Mg2+, ?10-fold K+ ?0.2-fold Ba2+. For soil samples - chernozems developed on loess from near vicinity NPP Jaslovské Bohunice exchangeable fraction reached much 50 – 60 %.
